Anger Management for Parents
Anger is a characteristic emotion of parents today. We get frustrated with our children and blow up. Our children feel hurt, sometimes even scared. Anger management is a core issue for many single parents and their children. Anger has its purposes, but if it is not used constructively, it can become an emotional disease that can cripple its victim as surely as any physical disease. Denied anger simmers below the surface and poisons your entire being. That built up reservoir of anger will eventually overflow, or manifest, often in surprising or dangerous ways.

Way to reducing or controlling anger:
